From receiving your proof to receiving your actual, physical print project, at Conquest Graphics we’re fast and we guarantee your project will arrive when we say it will.

We Guarantee Our Turnaround Time!

Our turnaround time guarantee starts once you have approved your proof. If we exceed the specified turnaround time, (based on business days excluding US government holidays) we will provide a prorated refund of any rush changes, or we will provide a complimentary rush service on your next order.

Please note that shipping/transit and mailing time are not included in the overall turnaround, as these are conditions we cannot directly control.

However, we are very familiar with the shipping providers and would be happy to help you estimate your delivery duration. The actual delivery date depends on the shipping method or the USPS postage type (for jobs with mail fulfillment) indicated on your job.

Quick-Ship Order

Proof approved by 11: PM Eastern Time ships as soon as the NEXT business day!

Same-Day Rush Orders

Proof must be approved by 11:00 AM Eastern Time in order to ship out the same day. This turnaround is only available by request and must be approved before ordering. Proofs that are approved after 11:00 AM EST.

Electronic Proofs

An electronic proof in PDF format is available for any of our printed products. Electronic proofs are an industry accepted method for approving correct size, layout, content, and for making non-critical qualitative decisions about color.

After you upload all the files required for your print order to our website, our goal is to approve your files and email you a link to your electronic proof.PDF within 2-8 business hours.

Turnaround time when electronic proof is selected as your proofing method begins after you have approved your proof.

Contract Proofs

A contract proof is a hard copy proof intended to closely match press output for projects where color match is critical. The contract-proof option is available at an additional cost. Because contract proof is physical copies, they must be shipped to you for approval and then shipped back to us before we can put your project on press and begin your turnaround time.

Our goal is to print and ship contract proofs the same business day. On contract proofs for catalogs and magazines over 16 pages, our goal is to ship the next business day. Contract proofs may be shipped via UPS Next Day Air or UPS Ground.

Turnaround is the actual time it takes from when you approve your proof to when the job is ready for delivery. Conquest Graphics is not responsible for production delays caused by errors in customer-supplied files. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Quick-Ship Available Products

With Quick-Ship products, proofs approved by 11:00 PM EST ship as soon as the NEXT business day!

Certain products, such as our postcards, may feature the Quick-Ship Available badge. This means that we offer a limited configuration (paper choice, size, quantity, coatings, etc.) of this product that is available to our customers at amazingly fast speeds.

Due to the fully automated nature of these products, certain conditions, limitations, or restrictions may apply.

Conquest Preferred Paper

We take pricing as well as performance seriously. As a high-volume national printer, our paper is specially formulated to perform best with our state-of-the-art equipment. This yields our customers an unmatched result in the industry for quality, speed, and value.

Since we can count on our paper's performance in terms of ink absorption, drying time, cutting ease, and feeding accuracy, the typical processing waste is nearly eliminated. This saves time and paper, as well as offers consistency in color matching and vivid color performance.

We purchase this paper in large quantities and always have it on hand in all our facilities. By always having Preferred Stock paper ready, we can give you accurate delivery times, savings on shipping costs, and increase the desirability of the final product by adding a menu of features to the paper such as Aqueous Gloss Coating among many others.

COMBINED-SHIPPING

Combined Shipping

When possible as part of our workflow process, we’ll combine your jobs together for shipping in order to save you money. This applies to orders placed at the same time on our website, when "checked out" together in the same shopping cart transaction.

For example, if you placed an order for one set of business cards shipped via overnight-delivery and three more sets shipped via ground service, you would have to check out as two transactions. If you were to check out as one transaction, then the overnight cards would wait to ship until the other three jobs have finished. All four jobs would leave together to save on delivery costs.
