Based in northern Virginia with coast-to-coast clients, Communio is a nonprofit serving the local church to evangelize through the renewal of healthy relationships, marriages, and the family. One of the ways we help churches experience this change is by consulting with them to host engaging events for the community and church, or Outreach.

Outreach events are churches first and best opportunity to draw in both members of their church and those in the community into their new relationship ministry. Key to making these events successful is effective marketing and outreach campaigns that make people aware of the event and allow them to register. By utilizing best in class printing services with Conquest Graphics (Conquest)–including custom invitation mailers and door hangers for block walking–Communio helps churches craft the right message and deploy an outreach strategy that reaches the right audience, at the right time, with an invitation to the respective church.

The demand for churches who are eager to work with Communio and establish outreach events to bolster marriage enrichment and communal fellowship is at an all-time high as a result of an isolated society coming out of a pandemic. We need to cast our nets wide to invite others back into the community, and Conquest helps us reach this targeted community with ease through their customizable mailers. During a period when the pandemic was winding down, Communio partnered with a church in Virginia to host an outdoor movie night open to both the church members and the public. We got over 200 registrants, with 40% being first time guests (families, couples, singles). Conquest is a part of our “net” we can rely on time after time to reach prospective attendees.

We continue to see a growth in need for mail and door hanger services with our church partners. Our momentum is inspiring our church partners to host more Outreach campaigns on a monthly basis, nationwide, which requires our team to depend more on Conquest’s services. A church partner in Lexington, KY has us sending nearly 3,000 mail pieces to a targeted audience of couples to provide them a fun and free date night dinner. Registrations are up!

Additionally, a church client outside of Denver, Colorado is deep in its planning stage to begin a well executed block walking campaign this April, 2023, where 250 door hangers printed by Conquest will be ready to distribute by volunteers of the church for an upcoming Easter Egg Hunt.

Communio desires to work with Conquest for many years to come. Their products are essential to perform our marketing outreach to bolster event attendance, and we are always satisfied with their customer service and technical support to ensure our mailers and door hangers are top shelf. As previously noted, we here at Communio are in high demand for churches nationwide to implement our strategic marketing processes to reach out to marriages in need and families looking to establish community with other families.
